Paid Dates

How to Use Paid Dates

The due date tells you when a bill should be paid. The paid date tells you when you actually paid it.

Why paid dates matter

Paid dates make history more accurate. They help you understand payment behavior, sort recently paid bills, and review what happened in previous months.

How to use them

When marking a bill as paid, set the paid date if the app offers that field. If the date is not changed, it may default to the current date depending on the flow.

Billiary tip: Paid dates are especially useful for bills that are due at the end of one month but paid early or late in another period.

Track bills with less effort

Billiary helps you track bills, income, paid dates, reminders, categories, statistics, and backups without requiring an account. Download it from Google Play, App Store, or Huawei AppGallery.
